Wild Mountain is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. This important team member has responsibility for overseeing many of the critical financial durites of the organization including accounts receivable and payable, bi-weekly payroll, maintaining accurate financial accounting, employee on-boarding paperwork and cash control.

The overriding task for the Accounting Manager is to execute the day-to-day financial needs of the company and support resort managers in delivering profitable business results and a great guest experience.

Additionally, this person will work to support Wild Mountain’s efforts to reduce energy consumption, divert items from the waste stream, support our community and find new ways to reduce our impact on the planet.

This position must have strong and proven financial analysis skills, communication, collaborative and organizational skills along with understanding of GAAP accounting and financial reporting.

This position is paid on an hourly basis up to 32 hours per week from April to October and up to 40 hours per week from November to March. The right candidate will have flexibility in managing their hours.

Chairlift Operations Manager

Wild Mountain is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to manage our winter chairlift operations staff.  A successful candidate must have a passion for the outdoors and ski industry. The Chairlift Operations manager is a key role in the overall success of the resort. This person will recruit, manage and coach a team of up to 60 people to operate our chairlifts and rope tows during the winter season.
