Snow Sports Admin (age 16+)
Our Snow Sports School Administrator helps manage our scheduled lessons by matching them with the best instructor for the guest. This person also supports the guest experience by taking reservations (via phone and in-person) and explains our lesson products. This is a full-time position for the winter with an hourly wage and season pass benefits.
Snow Tubing Ticket Lead (age 18+)
Our snow tubing ticket sales team is located inside our tubing chalet. This fast-paced and versatile role is perfect for those who are positive, outgoing and energetic. In addition to providing exceptional guest service, other responsibilities include selling tickets and merchandise, answering guest questions, fulfilling online ticket orders, preparing food & beverage orders, facility cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Ticket sellers must be detail-oriented, tech savvy and be comfortable engaging with customers. Our lead team member must be at least 18 years old to work in this position.
Rental Equipment Tech (age 16+)
The rental equipment team is located inside our main base lodge. This technical role ensures our guests are fitted properly with equipment for their day of skiing or snowboarding. In addition to providing exceptional guest service, other responsibilities include verifying rental information, boot fitting, ski and snowboard setups, rental fleet testing and maintenance, accurate record-keeping, light cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Rental techs must be detail-oriented, quick learners and be comfortable engaging with customers of varying ski/snowboard experience levels. Training is provided. Evening Cashiers (ages 16+)
Our Food & Beverage team is seeking part-time, evening cashiers. These team members operate our point-of-sale system to support our guests' orders in our dining outlets. This position receives an hourly wage plus tips.
Chairlift Operators (ages 16+)
Our chairlift operators are the highest paid ($16/hr) front line team members at Wild Mountain. And, they are the "faces" and "personalities" that our guests come to love. These employees operate our chairlift and rope tows during the winter, and interact with guests as they get on and off of the lifts. Many guests come to know the chairlift operators and enjoy their interactions with them. We have openings for full-time, part-time, day, night and seasonal employees in this department.
We are seeking housekeepers to help keep our base lodge and outdoor spaces clean throughout the winter season. This team member will use various tools and supplies to clean spaces including floors, bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor grounds.
We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Along with mornings (starting as early as 6am) and afternoons.
Line Cook (age 16+)
Our Food & Beverage team is seeking line cooks for evening and weekend shifts. These team members support our winter kitchen operations. These cooks will prepare and cook our menu in the Eagle's Nest and Cam's Café. These positions offers a competitive hourly wage and complimentary summer season pass for the employee and dependents. Good performing team members may be asked to stay on into the summer season as well.
Ski Area Ticket Sales (age 14+)
Our ski area ticket sales team is located inside our main base lodge. This fast-paced role is perfect for those who are positive, outgoing and energetic. In addition to providing exceptional guest service, other responsibilities include selling tickets and merchandise, answering guest questions in person and over the phone, fulfilling online orders, printing season passes, administrative projects, light cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Ticket sellers must be detail-oriented, tech savvy and be comfortable engaging with customers. Team members must be at least 14 years old to work in this position.
Food & Beverage Team (ages 14+)
Our Food and Beverage team helps support our dining operations in a number of ways. These team members do a variety of tasks including bussing tables, cash register operations, washing dishes, stocking inventory items and cleaning the dining spaces.
Content Creator / Youth Market
Wild Mountain is searching for a driven and creative content creator to produce high-quality videos and stills for the youth market. The Content Creator will focus on terrain park content, youth marketing and other novel work to reach customers in the youth ski and snowboard market. To be successful, the content creator will need to deliver content weekly in-line with the goals established with Wild Mountain marketing initiatives. Additionally, experience with photography in manual settings and videography capture and editing are critical.
The content creator will have great freedom and creative independence to do his/her important work. This position will be paid as a freelance gig, and not as Wild Mountain employee.
Additionally, this person will also create content that is congruent with Wild Mountain’s values to reduce carbon emissions, divert waste and take planet positive actions when available.
